When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed after Maya Homes accepts the stay and verifies any required payment. Availability, a quote or a temporary payment hold alone is not confirmation.
How do online payments work?
The checkout shows the final Ghana-cedi amount before Paystack processes your payment securely. Maya Homes does not store your complete card or Mobile Money credentials. Never use real payment details on a page marked as a test or preview.
What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in begins at 2:00 PM and checkout is by 11:00 AM unless Maya Homes confirms a different time with you in writing.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact Maya Homes as soon as possible. Changes depend on availability and any price difference. Refund eligibility follows the cancellation condition shown or confirmed before payment. Read the Booking and Cancellation Policy for full details.
Where are the Maya Homes apartments?
Maya Homes offers furnished apartments in selected residential buildings in Accra, including East Legon. Each apartment page shows the building and location.
How many guests can stay?
The guest count must match the confirmed booking and cannot exceed the apartment’s permitted occupancy. Ask Maya Homes before adding overnight guests or arranging an event.
Can I request an early check-in or late checkout?
Possibly, depending on availability and building operations. Ask Maya Homes before arrival and wait for written confirmation of any approved change.
Are the pool, gym and shared facilities always available?
Shared facilities are managed by each building and may close temporarily for maintenance, safety or building operations. Ask Maya Homes to confirm an important amenity before booking.
Can Maya Homes arrange airport pickup?
Airport pickup may be available when arranged separately and confirmed in advance. It is not included automatically and may carry an additional charge.
